We use a low-pressure mix that lifts mildew, algae, and ten years of Midwest grime without blasting paint off or driving water under your lap siding. Most houses take 2–4 hours.
We pull the leaves and seed pods by hand, bag them, take them with us, then flush the downspouts to make sure water runs clean. If we spot a loose hanger or a soft spot in the fascia, we'll tell you — we don't sell repairs, just give you a heads-up.

Curbside service — we come the day after your pickup, while the can is still empty. Hot-water rinse inside and out, sanitizer, and a deodorizing rinse on the way out. Subscriptions get a flat monthly rate.
Not the way we do it. Soft-wash uses chemistry, not blast force — under 500 PSI at the surface. If your paint is failing already, we'll tell you before we start.
We pre-soak landscaping, cover what we need to, and rinse twice on the way out. We've never killed a hosta, but we wear our backs out making sure.
Nope. As long as we have access to a hose bib, we can knock it out while you're at work. I'll text photos when it's done.
We watch the radar. If we can't finish, we don't bill you for that day. We'll reschedule for the next dry morning.
